Old number won’t come up

I tried to put my old number on and every time I click save  it comes up with the new number I also turned phone off couple of times and still not showing my old number

@Kellyskinner12  Did you port your number from a different network?

 

Or have you upgraded/ordered a new sim fro  Sky with a different data plan?

 

We need a bit more info as to what the issue is.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Same question as above @Grace7 , did you port your number fro a different network to Sky and if so has Sky told you the transfer has been completed ?

I have just had a replacement sim card arrive, existing sky customer, want to keep my old number, but no options available to do so, put in new activation code, wouldn't accept it

@Gracie44  You can't port numbers between sky sims

 

you need to port the number you want to keep out to another payg provider then back again to the correct sky sim

sky helpline fella offered to activate my new simcard using new activation code, but I dropped my landline phone and lost him
