The must be an issue with O2, which Sky and Tesco use for network access. It seems to be affect text messages from international numbers, as I'm also haveing issues adding my number to my iPhone, as this also requires a text code.
Looking into moving from Sky now, as this has been going on for far too long.

Not been able to contact my bank Cahoot (Santander) for three days, as we are approaching end of month and I have bills to pay from that account, unless they get this resolved I am stuffed, still got 15 months of my Sky mobile contract to run unfortunatly!!!

Still not able to log on to Santander. Spoke to Sky and was moved around the pace but the third person was aware of the problem and said it had been raised to the highest authorities in Sky. For what it's worth ,he said they had thought they had solved the problem a few days by restarting servers but the problem has returned and it's been worked on but they have no date for a fix. (as presumably still not sure exactly what it is).
I think the Sky employee who recorded his response, on first page of the discussion , as an answer should remove it as that just adds salt to the injury.
Don't want to move from Sky mobile but will do if not fixed within the next 2 or 3 days.

I would have thought that this would be sufficient grounds for them to be in breach on contract and allow you to leave ?
They've been fine for me up until now but this is a major problem .
Going to ask for some kind or reduction. / refund and look at other providers now

I'm tied into a contract I don't want to pay any money to be released from it early as this isn't my problem it's SKY's .

It amazing that Sky's own OTP's are getting through. It's as if were alright, so what! No hurry and the poor customer gets a shoddy service. I would like to know who this 2nd party is and how it fits into to my dealings and contract with Sky. Have to to honest I have only suffered this issue for the last two days, not like some for weeks. However, that is of little consequence when an urgent payment needs to be made. Come on Sky get this issue resolved.

I have now for 7 days not been able to receive OTP messages from Santander. I have bills to pay and this is severly impacting my day to day life. I went to the bank Saturday to get what I needed completing done, the bank have shown me they are being sent.
Spoke to Sky on the phone Saturday who confirmed someone would be calling me as they couldn't see an issue their end and nothing! Radio silence.

I'm now 10 days and was told it would be sorted when I called last Saturday within 48hours !'Why do SKY think they can get away with this type of disgusting service ???

They don't seem to even want to speak to customers now, just say they have sent a text, which of course is not received. You honestly couldn't make it up! Usual dreadful Sky customer service.

I had someone hang up on me last Thursday when I told them I'm still not getting OTP's .

Day 7 of not receiving OTP for Santander bank after many phone calls with no explanation / accountability of fault or any resolution given have requested PAC code to leave low and behold not sending via email or text being cut off when phoning Won't give PAC code over the phone so can't even leave Sky what's going on. ? Very suspicious behaviour/ response any suggestions how I can leave ? Has anyone successfully left since this problem has arisen ?
