is this 100% right? my phone is coming from dpd and i am working the day it supposedly comes

DPD ate the company that will deliver it.

 

If somebody else has the same surname as you then they might be able to sign for it if the driver asks for ID.

In addition, you should have been allocated a 1 hour delivery slot if getting home for that period is an option.
