Still not working. When will this be fixed sounds like it has been happening for weeks. Will give them till Wednesday and then will go to a different provider as this is ridiculous and no response from Sky they say it is Santander but it happens with NS&I also. Own up to the problem and fix it please.

They have identified the issue but not told any of us when it will be fixed, why they haven't dealt with it professionally and whether we will be compensated. It's an absolute disgrace.

Ok spoke to 150, they say there is a problem with receiving texts from my back which is a sub-bank of santander.
They have no idea when it will be fixed.

I'm giving it until Wednesday then I'm changing provider ! I've only been with SKY mobile since November but an actually SKY customer for years. This service is diabolical and I don't knowhoe they just expect the paying public to be happy with it . I won't be paying any money to leave my contract early either as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for .

I have already started looking to change, this is the second time this has happened to me now.
The first time was fixable I had to set a spend limit on my account for some reason, this time though it looks worse.
My Brother in law is also not able to use his Santander account because of this.

Have not been able to use my bank account for a week - can't add a new card to my apple pay - can't activate my card. Used to work for Santander and know this isn't a problem at their end . Getting to the point of having to change to another mobile provider .

This is so funny.
We have some phones with giffgaff sims so I thought I would change my sky one to a giffgaff one, tried to log into my giffgaff account and it needs to send an OTP to my sky number, which of course hasn't worked.
I'm beginning to thing OTP for me is just not working at all from anywhere,

Having read the whole thread it appears to be any form of OTP from any organisation is not getting through .
Wish it was funny but if it goes on much longer it's going to really have a serious financial impact for me .

I have ordered a different SIM, when that arrives I will leave Sky.
Lets hope I can get a PAC number from them!

I have not been able to receive an OTP from my bank for two days. Was just informed by them that it is a second party issue linked to Sky and their system states "Issue Unresolved". Not helpful when you need this code.

Sort the problem out Sky so we can get into our online banking. We have bills to pay we just need our OTP to come through.
