Number transfer

I have recently went on bill pay and my number has still not transferred over. Do I have to take steps with my old provider or should this happen automatically.

@Aaron_w  Have you requested a pac code from your old provider and given this to sky?

if not then this is what you have to do in order to transfer number

@Aaron_w To transfer a mobile number you need a PAC code from your old provider, once you have it you need to give it to Sky via this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/Sky-Mobile-keep-your-number

That is of course providing you haven't cancelled with your old provider and the sim is no longer active, if that has happened the number will be lost.
