Not registered on network!!!
Got old samsung a50 & new samsung S20FE5G.....
Cant call out or get calls on new phone...only old phone???
Im confused 😕
Can anyone help me pls.....

It's a new sim for a new upgrade mobile... ive tried to activate it with code but still won't work??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you can't activate it then you will need to call Sky and ask them to do this for you. If your other phone has a Sky sim in it then the free number to use is just 150.

Hi Thanks for your help...
It seems I should have taken my old sky sim out after new sim downloaded my info then put into my new phone!!!
So confusing!!! Thing is I have to open all my apps with passwords before I can use them & not all my contacts have transfered....
