Not receiving OTP

I have just switched over from tesco, I am recieving some otp messages but I am not recieving any from the Blink home security camera app and not reciving them from swagbucks website. can these please be investigated.

Apologies if this has already been answered or requested  I ported my number to sky mobile today from Voxi (Vodafone) and can't get any OTP messages from the NHS app or Lloyds bank. Has anyone been able to find a solution to this issue?

Hi all,

I'm locking this thread down moving forward as this was originally an issue back last year which was resolved.  I'm not wanting any potential newer issues to be mixed up with this thread which was regarding a separate issue. 

For any users still experiencing issues with receiving OTPs now, please do share your experience on a new thread that's been set up here.
