Not receiving OTP

Hi unable to receive txt from 02 ,virgin media , & otp from klarna ,yahoo ,etc been like this for few days now ,called and been told they know about problem, let's see how long they take to fix

Hello - I recently switched from Vodafone to Sky Mobile, and have encountered similar issues when trying to receive OTP SMS messages so that I can log in to existing apps.

I can receive an SMS fine if it's sent from friends or sent from certain apps, but there are other OTP messages which are not arriving (i.e. from Snoop), which has been a real pain!

I've been in touch with the Support team at Snoop and they can see that multiple OTP SMS have been successfully sent, but I haven't received any to my Sky mobile. Please can this issue be raised with the network team?

Hello all, 

This issue should now be fixed. Our teams worked hard ro resolve the block with O2 and at 1pm we were told it's been corrected.

Thank you to everyone for being patient and we are sorry it took a while to get this sorted.

If you are still experiencing issues, please continue to share via Community as there may be another solution not related to this.

I am afraid that at 14:28, I am still not receiving the OTP from Allstar Business Solutions Visa card when trying online purchases. 
This issue has not been resolved for me.

Hi I'm still not receiving otp ,txt so not working for me .

I am having this problem for a few weeks with Ikano Finance and Klanra codes that I am not receiving at all. I thought at first because It had only been happening with Ikano that it was them, but today I needed a code for Klanra and I am not receiving them either.
