Not receiving OTP

I have recently changed from EE to Sky and since then have been unable to receive OTP from apps such as Santander and Microsoft authenticator. Have tried all the other suggested troubleshooting problems from other forums but have not worked. Ideally need this sorted ASAP as needed for university.

You will need to report this to Sky so they can investigate it for you, 150 is the free number to call them on.

You're talking to other customers here.  You'll need to call Sky on 150 to get them to investigate the issue.
