I should add I did try putting my Sky SIM in an oder iphone, to no avail, no texts, new or old. It's very odd it's only affecting certain banking passcode texts!

Id ring sky mobile if I was you and they will look into it. 👍

I have just phoned Santander as I have the same issue.  Unable to access my online banking which is causing me huge problems.  They said it is a problem with Sky mobile and the technical team are working on it with Sky.  He could not tell me any idea of when it is likely to be sorted though.

Been trying to get OTPs from Cahoot for last 2 days without success .... so no internet banking.  Phoned Cahoot this morning and they immediately asked if I used Sky as there is currently a  problem  at their end.  Supposed to be sorted soon but as it's Easter who knows when..

I have the same problem as everyone else in not receiving OTP codes from Cahoot. Phoned SKY on 150 and eventually spofe to someone who gave me no information of the problem but they are sendoing me a replacement SIM. Fingers crossed this resolves the problem!
