I am having the same problem. It seems to of happened after I done an apple update on my iPhone last night as the OTP's stopped coming through today. Tried at least 15 times. 
Rang Santander and all okay there. Rang sky and they are looking into it for me and said try again tomorrow evening to get the codes from Santander. 
other than that I'm at a loss

I'm on Android, I don't let my phone auto update anything.  Just checked, nothing outstanding for the SMS app.  Kind of points back to Sky and/or Santander, not our phones doesn't it.

I've just come off the phone from sky , he said there's no issue at their end because he sent me an OTP and it came through . Can't seem to make him understand it's just Santander / sky that seems to be the issue . Basically told me that's all he could do !

I'm in the same boat nothings changed with my situation had no issues until this morning, spoke to Santander this morning and they said it's only been people on sky network having the issue

I tried another login that uses OTPs earlier, when I had the problem.  That was fine.  So same with me, just the Sky/Santander combo.  Thanks for updating us on your Sky contact though.  I'll probably wake up tomorrow and find my phone has been bombarded with Santander OTPs overnight 😂

I've tried this morning and it seems to be working again now . I've managed to log back into my account & OTP has come through

And I'm in as well, phew!  All the missing codes from yesterday are AWOL, don't care 😂.  Thanks for the updates everyone, it has just been comforting to know it wasn't just me.

Moved SIM to new phone now can't get Santander OTP

I have moved my existing Sky SIM into a new phone. The phone has an e-sim. SInce doing this, I can't get Santander OTP. I can get all other texts - personal,, marketing, other OTPs but I will not work for Santander. The bank have no issues as I have contacted them.

Following suggestions from similar boards:

 

I have kept the primary number on the phone as my old phone number, and have switched off the e-sim.

I have restarted the phone.

I have toggled airplane mode on and off.

I have reset the network settings.

I have ensured no spam/blocked issues.

I do not have a monthly cap on.

 

I am aware  others have had similar issues - is there a way to resolve this?

OTP messages not being received

OTP messages not being received from cahoot/santander. Speaking to sky customer service, a lot of people have flagged it but they don't know how to fix the issue? 

it's only been an issue from the start of this week. Cahoot/Santander say it's an issue at sky/o2 side.

 

Anyone else had the same issue or know of a fix please?

no otp getting through to mobile

I can not get any OPT through to my mobile with sky mobile including Santander which is stopping me using my bank account. Is this a current issue with sky only, how or can i fix it or is it a sky help line task

I have the same... for about the past 3 days! My biggest problem was no OTP from Cahoot (part of Santander.) I tried actual Santander, to find the same.

Randomly, Saffron Building Society is the same. No log-on OTP received.

 

I do get lots of other banks OTP, so my issue isn't texts generally.

 

I've tried to log-on to Cahoot dozens of times, no pass is texted.

 

I've done nother new with my phone. No upgrade, no SIM change! It's maddening I can't get into Cahoot. They don't have an app, or an app-verfify for the website, like Santander proper does.
