Mobile phon

I spoke to some one in the week about having no phone signal for both mobiles at home for a month. And £23 was supposed to be removed from the bill due on Tuesday but this appears not to of been deducted from the bill

Has the mast issue now been fixed? Have you checked whether it's showing as a credit towards your next months bill?
