Not allowing checkout?

I’m trying to place an order on Sky Mobile (Apple Watch, also tried adding a SIM), but when I click Checkout the button turns green and just spins without moving to the next page.

 

This happens on the Sky Mobile app and the Sky Mobile website, across multiple devices and browsers. Clearing cache and trying different networks hasn’t helped. It is not related to Sky Glass or the puck.

 

Has anyone had this issue before, and does this indicate an account-level order or checkout block that needs to be reset by Sky?

The only way to get orders placed when the website is playing up is by calling Sky. 150 is the free number to call on from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.

Hi @Jessica0506  i have seen other reports of similar issues reported on here. Have you tried incognito mode in your browser ? Failing that you would need to call sky for help placing your order.

I have tried incognito mode but I may try again on a different device, thank you for your help!
