I and my other half cannot see the bills either. We haven't quit or anything, but got a ridiculous bill and decided to check what are the charges. Alas, error message!

What is happening when you try to view your mobile bill, what does the error message say ?

It says "sorry something has gone wrong" not very informative. We both see it on our separate accounts, in app and on browser... Tx

We are both customers for many, many years, and we could see everything definitely when we checked before Christmas. I assume the account was linked. We're there any updates recently requiring accounts to be re-linked again?
