Losing the will to live trying to resolve loss of voicemail with Sky. Not worked for months. Numerous calls to customer service. Tried all steps to rectify incl a new sim.
Recorded a new personal greeting (old one worked fine for years) but option to save is greyed out. Doesn't revert to automatic greeting. Otherwise everything seems to show voicemail 'activated'. Randomly on 2 days in Sept I was able to receive a Voicemail msg.
Now callers are being told my no is temp unavailable or inactive.
Raised a complaint 2 weeks ago.
No response, so called today.
Spoke to 7 different operators each promised to pass me on to somebody who would help incl the person responsible for handling my complaint.
No joy and on 3 occasions I was forwarded to the TV and Broadband dept!
Having to explain again and again from scratch to everybody I speak to is infuriating. Anybody got any suggestions please?
so far have turned phone off and on numerous times. Checked all voicemail settings. Cleared saved msgs. Taken the sim out. Replaced with new sim.

Disappointing that no one from Sky has responded to this ^ as I have a similar issue with voicemail not working on one of the phones on our account

Thanks for that, I have a number to call so will try that. I was looking for some online wisdom about the issue so was 'surprised' the previous comment hadn't been replied to.
