I am trying to send my device back but it is saying technical error

I repeatedly keep trying to either upgrade my device or send it back online and it continues to say that there is a technical issue. Anyway to fix this or is my only way to speak to someone from the  team via phone call?

As you can;t do this online give Sky a call on 150 as they should be able to do this for you,
