Discussion topic: No swap returns address label

My sky swap phone did not come with a returns address label inside so now I have no way of sending it back or can't find any help of where to do this online

many help is much appreciated

According to another customer who posted on here, the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but that it was quite small and could easily be missed. They then successfully used the label and the same packaging to return.

If you’ve already disposed of that give Sky a call and ask for more packaging AND another returns label.

If you have a Sky Mobile the number to use is just 150 to call Sky.
