Data roll over

I am unable to roll over any of my data on the sky mobile app to the other accounts. I have either had an error message or it simply won't allow me access to the manage section. Can you please help.

For both issues (rolling the data and being redirected to the website) you will need to report this to Sky via the free 150 number.
