If you contact Sky they may suggest sending you a replacement SIM card in case yours has developed a fault.

Re: No signal
First thing to try is whether any local mast issues show here?
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/your-services/mobile
Remember Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is a local mast issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Re: No signal
Hi thanks for that, I've done all the usual checks and they all seem to be fine, my wife and daughter are on the same network and they're fine, it must be an issue with my phone, I've had it about 5 or 6 years and never had a problem with it, I'll probably have to take it to a repair shop and see if they can work out the problem.
Thanks again Daniel

Re: No signal
Hi Daniel
Thanks for mentioning about my sim, I would never have thought of that, it was my sim that was the problem and not my phone 👍

Re: No signal
Any relevant information showing on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile
It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Remember Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Re: No signal
No signal at all for a few days now! Reported it and still no update! I recently moved to sky mobile and I have found there is problems with signal and streaming issue with the roaming data! This needs to improve or come renewal I will be gone!
