I have been unable to make or receive phone calls or messages for over a week now, when I check my area for coverage, it continuously says maintenance being done in my area. I have Missed important calls because of this and I would appreciate when to know about the end of maintenance.

Hi @Don33 in case you aren't aware sky don't own any masts so are reliant on others fixing them. You should be able to sign up for updates on the status page.

If your phone is from Sky then WiFi calling might be an option when you are in range of a WiFi network.

Same! It's really poor connection at the best of times. I rely on data as my WiFi connection is poor at home and I use that to support my sky glass. I can't have both on at the same time or the tv buffers!!! Get the mast fixed quick and please get fibre to my house!!!!
I have had the same issue yet my brother also on sky has full signal. I rang them today and they are sending me a new eSIM with the same number. Hoping this will solve the issue
