No internet despite 3G and 4G showing

I live in Cumbria and despite my phone showing 3G and 4G I can't get anything internet related to work. Is anyone having an issue? It says there is an issue with a local mast in my area but my colleague who is sat in the same office as me has internet and is also with Sky for her phone so I have no idea why mine won't work but hers will.... any help much appreciated.

What else does it say about this mast ?

It says an issue has been highliighted in the area and is probably already being worked on by Sky engineers. However, I have no idea how one sky mobile customer (me) can't access the internet and another can, when we are in the exact same location?
