Ordered the wrong cable so returned it on the 16th July 2024. Still not received a refund. How long does a refund take?

Find out moreThis things can sometimes take a while so I would chase them up by calling Sky about this, before you do you might want to check your bills incase they have applied a credit instead of a refund. I'm not saying this is what they will do but it is worth checking before making the call,
