Sim card

Trying to activate new sim to replace old sky mobile sim i have entered the activation code but it keeps asking me for the pac number?

Are you activating this sim as a new one and not a replacement one as it is not possible to use a Pac code to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim.

The activation code came with the sim so it is this that you need to use. If you don't have it then it will not be possible to activate it so you will have to order yourself another sim as this one will be cancelled.
