Hi I arrived in Tenerife yesterday initially my IPhone 14 Pro connected to the Orange network out here but after a few hours it changed to no service with no warning. I don't have a second phone which I can use and this is the first time this has happened while I have been aboard in Europe. I have tried all the tips that are on the troubleshooting page. Can anyone please assist with this issue
Manager note: updated thread to affect current issue with not being able to use data abroad

I have tried every single step that was shown to me online. I have changed all the settings everything is fine but my phone still says no signal. I have got signal for 2 minutes and I managed to send one text message in that time but I have not received the welcome message from sky. I do not know what else to do and I would like to have my mobile data working here for safety measures. I have had the exact same issue in Tenerife in 2023. I had to have my boyfriend hotspot me the whole vacation so I can access basic things like google maps.
any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi. Is anyone else experiecing issues with roaming in dubai? It was find till yesterday. Today, if I disable the Sky SIM and renable it, the phone briefly connects to the local provider and disconnects immediately with no service.
Last time this happened, it was global issue with sky roaming.
Would greatly appreciate any help.
Cheers

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
