No Mobile Network in Eastbourne

Is anyone else affected by a faulty mast near Eastbourne? I have been without a network service for 4 days and all I have been told by Sky is that someone is working on it.

It will be the mast owner so someone like O2 that should be carrying out the repair.

Thank you. I have been checking the service update but it just keeps mentioning intermitent service when I've actually had no service at all.  

I was wondering how much longer I was going to be without a phone. I suppose it's difficult to say.
