Lost Details

In 2024, I switched to Sky Mobile. When my phone arrived  I set it up and deleted all my contacts on my old phone. However, when I tried to set up my email account on my new phone, I couldn't set up  the email because I'd forgotten my password.

I then had to create a new email account, but couldn't then access my Sky Mobile account details!

Any idea as to how I can speak to someone regarding this issue?
