No Mobile Data

I've had No Mobile Data since Monday night. I have tried everything from Sky, but that hasn't helped. I have got use of all my apps apart from phone calls & text messages. So, I can't ring Sky for any assistance. If I remove my SIM & SD Card & reinstall, then I get mobile data use for a short time, then it switches off. I'm at a loss as to what I can do. I was wondering if a New Sim Card would help
