Unable to Roll data

I'm trying to roll data but the sky app is just saying we are updating or systems. I can't do it online either. I'm abroad and need some help. Any idea how to get it done?

Hi @PaulPitts  the only advice I can think of is to call sky to see if they can do it for you and investigate why it's happening.

I wouldn't waste your time. They'll blame it on everything. A boost on your account, an outstanding debt, a technical error. 

they'll tell you it's being escalated and you won't hear anything again. 

you can see that by the many unable to roll data threads.
