Mobile swap not received

I returned my old phone using the packaging and return label I received my new phone in.  I have had 2emails saying it has not been received.  I have proof of posting.  I rang when I got the first email saying they had not received it and was assured everything wasokay but now I have had a further email saying still not received.  HELP please.

As you have proof of posting you should be fine as it take the company that handles the returns 2-3 weeks to process returned deliveries such as yours. Should you receive another delivery you might need to call them again.
