No 5G on my device

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max - I've had it a while and for some reason have only just noticed I have no 5G. There's no option to enable this in the mobile data part of my settings. 
Phone is compatible, my data plan includes 5G add on. At a loss of what to do now.

Just to confirm:

 

Settings > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data

 

Mine gives options of 5G Auto, 5G On and 4G.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi I don't have those options at all - I go into mobile service but none of the options after that.

Have you tried sending carrier details to your phone (you can do this from your account).
