I want to leave sky mobile. Service is awful

Service is awful. Constantly cut off, can't hear full conversations, voices sound robotic so you have to terminate call. I called last week. They got me to reset network settings. It didn't work. Said they would give me new sim but needed permission from my husband as he's account holder. Called him once and because he didn't answer as was on a call with work they closed the call. I've tried 3 times to call today but get constantly cut off! This service and customer service is shocking! I want to move provider. My son gets excellent service with Tesco so I'll go with them

Hi @Hharwin  just be aware that if you have had the sim less than 12 months sky may apply early termination charges.

I have the exact same issue I'm sick of calling about it . We have three sim they are all the same with the exception of one as it's actually a faulty phone which has been even more of a nightmare. Worst part they had it once to repair didn't even open it sent it back didn't log it on the system as being returned so when I called they didn't want to believe I had the phone 😬 couldn't rebook the repair until it was back with me !!! It was in my hand 😡 . Finally got it sent back and all that was done was a software update so now trying to arrange it to be sent again and told they don't repair this type of phone 😡😡😡😡 call Google. Beyond unhappy they never call back but can call to offer me new offers on TV and broadband 😡😡😡

Over the last 16 weeks 

 I switched my parents to sky BUT SKY NEVER TOLD talk talk my elder parents paid in excess of £200

Service [Removed]  spent 27 hours on phone to sky get nothing 

2 upgrades they ducked it up loud all the way to upsell it all 

Call for help 23 people over 16 hrs in 3 wks

They all lie say this do nothing 

25 yrs with these [Removed]I'm done 

 

My family accounts are all moving £300 approx a month to be treated like [Removed]

So tonight 2 plus hours on the phone to sky 6 people I've been cut off 4 times service is [Removed] where has it gone wrong ? used to be so good but now the worst

Sorry but your post isn't very clear as to what the issue is so have Talk Talj charge your parents £200 for leaving early ?
