Faulty phone exchange within cooling off period

Hi everyone, i purchased a Z Flip 7 and a green line appeared, i contacted customer service yesterday and he said hes placed an order for the replacement phone as well as a something to return the faulty phone. 

 

I havent had a single email regarding anything, nothing about an exchange, return or new order. He said it would be a different credit agreement but again I havent been sent anything to sign in my messages and theres nothing in my orders. 

 

Is this normal or should i have heard something by now?

Theres nothing showing at all, it does say my device is in for return/repair on the my swap page but thats the only thing ive seen so far, and even then i had to go digging for that info
