Next bill is higher due to changing date

I changed my payment date from 19th to the 20th only one day and my bill is a lot higher for nxt monthly payment, when I go into my account it looks if they have charged me twice for the same phone

Yes, changing the date can trigger a double collection of device payments.

It should work out if you have overpaid on the following months bill.
