New to the sky

Hello, I need help with my phone. 

I just joined the Sky but I can't make calls. 

  • It's coming message not registered network. I don't know what to do. The phone is unlocked.

What does it say on the activation page, as it should show if it has been done or if it is in process of activating ?

When I press Active sim- new sim - Mobile- your sims-allowance refreshes in 28 days.

It sounds like you have activated the sim if it isn't saying that it needs to be activated.

Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working.

We're sorry about the network issue you've been having. It's taking longer than we expected to fix the issue but we are making progress and will have it sorted as soon as we can. We’ll update you by Friday 20th January 2023

Updated 10:08 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

Not registered network

Hi, I have a new sky Sim. I have activated the Sim, but still I don't have a network.

Sim is not allow connection to the network

Sorry again me. Still have an issue with my sim.

 

When I go to scan network and choose Sky its says your sim not allowed connection to this network.
