Orderd a new sky sim to my package on 8th of this month had confirmation emails to say it's been posted out to me but still have not received it. What do I do

Due to the ongoing strikes at Royal Mail post like this is getting held up so if you can't wait until after Christmas give Sky a call tomorrow as they will have to send another one out to you but even that will take a little while to arrive due to these strikes.
