New sim register

I've set up my new sim but received an email saying to register or un register. Not sure how to do this or what it means.

That's not correct @Lisa2122  you need to get a PAC from your old network and give it to sky, the next working day your number will transfer.

What do you mean by this, are you transfering a number from a different network to the Sky sim ?
