Was this as part of a swap process, or returning an unwanted device within the cooling off period?

You will need to contact Sky and request more is sent out.

If you have your own packaging you could use that and if you have a printer you could ask Sky to email you the return label to print and use.

Thanks  its to return an old device in place of a new one. I have the label just not the box they provided to send it back. I will maybe use my own
