Getting no where with an order

Placed an order weds night for the new flip 7 before the next day cut off, signed my agreement everything and still not had any confirmation that it's been dispatched. Spoken to 3 people at sky over the phone and online chat and each ones saying different things. One saying that an additional credit check is being done and others saying it's left warehouse and another saying it's gonna be delivered today. Anyone else had this issue with ordering this device?

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
