New sim cannot make calls or receive calls or activation code after iPhone 11

I have received a replacement sim. I have had no signal fir around 4 weeks. I have followed instructions to install sim but I cannot receive an activation code or make any calls etc. basically it is useless. I have tried with the bot IT IS USELESS. I am going to have to leave SKY if no-one can help. I can't ring them to talk to someone due to above. HELP you are my last resort

Thank you but no luck. I will have to find another provider.
