New mobile phone

I ordered a new phone but it is now on back order. What does this mean and when can I expect delivery?

It means there is no current stock for your order.


The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.
