Changed mobile from EE to sky and now no signal

I have changed from EE to Sky. Since the changeover, I haven't got any signal at all. My partner is with Sky and has full bars so I know it's not a localised issue with signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has Sky told you that the number transfer has been completed ?

Yes I have had an email to say the changeover has been completed and my EE phone is no longer working. I can use the phone with WiFi however I have no bars at all.

@Emma421

Have you try sending the network settings to your phone:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Is the phone you are using unlocked or could it be locked to EE ?

Re: Changed mobile from EE to sky and now no signal

I bought a new phone on contract with sky. I applied to change my EE number over to sky which has now been done. Had confirmation email to say that the number has now been changed to the sky phone. I've turned it off and back on, requested network settings, done a new update to IOS18.2. Can't ring from my phone at the moment due to signal issues and wifi calling isn't the best.

I did this with my daughter last week too and hers had no issues whatsoever and found it so easy to transfer. Typical it's my phone that I have issues with 😂
