New SkyMobile Customer
Hi, I just order a new phone from Sky, and the order was cancelled due to credit issue? I am not sure what the credit issue could be but I have never had an experian account - could that be why? Also when can I try and re-order my phone as the website is still showing the order is complete?

No. Experian is a credit agency that provides information to assist companies assessing credit risk.
It may be worth signing up to an agency so you can check your own records, particularly for any inconsistencies.

No one can say how long - it could be 1 month, 6 months or even longer.

Hi @Megan133 if you have failed the credit check then don't order again as this will affect your credit rating even more. Not having an Experian account won't have anything to do with it. Often the cancellation email arrives whilst the order is still showing.

yeah i had been signed up to clearscore for years and now experian and nothing there is showing any credit issues so i'm not sure what the issue is
