Pixel pre order no delivery

Hi. 

ordered the pixel 10 pro on the 27/08 for next day delivery.  Still not received by today. Sky have zero contact with me. Have had to ring them everyday and they always say coming next day. Terrible service.  Anyone else having this issue

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels on that or any other model, or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

The item is in stock. On Sky website the model/colour/gb of what I want is still being advertised for next day delivery

Have you had any communication with Sky at all?  Does your order state in progress and delivery soon?

It's says in progress which hasn't changed since I ordered it I'm just going to ring them now

I've contacted them on 3 occasions but I've not had a definitive answer and they've not said it's anything to do with stock. The last person I contacted said it was "unusually stuck in the system" , so cancelled it and re-ordered, but that shows exactly the same - in progress, coming soon! I've sent an official complaint now, because nobody from Sky  is being honest about what is going on with them

So, after speaking to Sky this afternoon, I'm still not any further forward. They said the phones are in stock and orders have gone through to the fulfilment centre. It seems the issue may be with DPD. My complaint has been passed to the investigation team and I now have to wait for a call from them.

Hi.  

thank you.  I literally had the same conversation today with them.  Said it's with the fulfilment team at DPD.  Annoying thing is there is no contact from sky at all to let me know any progress or why a delay etc.

Cancelled mine today after being lied to twice by different people told me it was coming tomorrow then said its not in stock rang someone else he had no idea rung customer complaints they said couldn't understand why it won't cancel left it in their hands shocking service I'll just go else where

It has been shocking.  They have told me on numerous occasions it was coming the next day.  I've tried to cancel but no joy
