New SIM for iPhone 13

Good afternoon
My daughter has been gifted an iPhone 13 and the SIM in her current phone (iPhone 😎 does not fit. 
Can you please send out a new SIM card for her [removed]

Hi @Jeanette81  are you sure the centre doesn't push out to give a nano sim as that's what usually happens. If not then you need to call sky on 150 to request a replacement sim, can't be done here or online.
