New SIM card has not arrived

I ordered a new sim and it hasn't arrived can you resend one please

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.

 

Sim cards are sent via Royal Mail. Depending on how long you've been waiting you may need to call Sky are arrange for another to be sent out.
