Wrong number dialed

Me, my partner and my mother are all on sky sims me and my partner have no issues with people phoning us but when people phone my mum it says wrong number dialed yet its the right number they have i also tried phoning her number off of my sim and got the same respsonse shes also been texting my sister and my sister says she hasnt been recieving texts from her yet my mum did send them so not a clue whats going on it only does it now and again and works for a while after restarting her phone then goes back to doing it again

There have been some issues with receiving text messages over the weekend so along with that and the calling issue if this continues then If you mum can make a call then it might be worth calling Sky on 150 about this.
