MySky App and log on
Does anyone have a fix date for the app or just a time to be able to view my mobile account online? Simply to say come back later isn't really good enough.

There is no known time that this will be fixed. It has been caused by issues across Sky including apps and the Sky website which are being investigating hence the ongoing issues.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

I have the same problem, my granddaughter is ill and needs more data which I can't send her this is not ideal

It's not ideal for anyone including the staff in Contact Centres but unfortunately it'll take as long as it takes to be fixed.

Is there a way to transfer data from my piggy bank to a family member who's run out of data today, other than the My Sky app?

You could try calling Sky but the staff may be having the same issue which is being investigated.

Anytime I try log in it says..Your account is not
authorised to access
the My Sky App,it's been like that 4 days now

Yes iv never had any issues with the sky app until 5 days ago it's been down

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
