Hi
I have an iphone16 pro with physical sim.
when I ring a number it either says straight away without any ring tone, "call ended" or "failed call"
Can anyone help please, as can't ring sky.

thanks for reply. After 1hr 42mins in phone to sky yesterday and unable to fix after telling me to do things on phone. Including reset networks and other things they said phone is faulty and to go back.
I told my daughter about this and she said to completely clear my phone and re insert sim.
this worked and now able to make calls. 😀
