Issue with Sky Trade in

Good evening all, i have a question for you. I started a trade in on the 25/10/2024 and sent my devices straight and these have been received on monday the 28th of October. When I sent the first email to Sky trade in to ask for update, they told me that they cannot find these devices and to provide proof of postagr and refefrence numbers which I did. After that, I never received any more email response from them. I keep sending email but I do not receive any response from them at all. What should I do? I sent today a letter with all the documents that I usually attach to the emails hoping this can solve the issue. 

Is there a number that I contact or should I report this to the police?
