Muhammad irfan

I returned my iPhone 17 Pro and its almost 1 month to go but I can't receive my upfront and first month payment. How gona long it to reverse the payment. I'm depressed and waiting

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Presumably this was a new mobile returned in the cooling off period and you contacted Sky before sending it back? 

They are taking quite a few weeks to be processed, checked for damage etc so you'll need to contact Sky again to chase up the refund.

Yes I connected before i send it back and they send me an email of return label and i send it on given address. 18 days ago i call and they told me we will do it in 2 weeks but i'm still waiting

I call to helpline before i return it back and they send me postage label by email and i print it and send it back. I received an email from sky that we received your device successfully. Then why i wait almost 1 month to go for refund. And how many days to take a cooling off period. I can't open the mobile I returned it as well as I received because I wrongly ordered iPhone 17 pro. I ordered again iPhone 17 Pro Max. Solve my query as soon as possible

I already applied for the upfront and 1st month installment and now today 2nd month installment deducted from my account. I returned my device and it's almost 5 week to go. I call to helpline to resolve my query but I can't receive any positive response

I've already advised you that we are customers on here and you aren't speaking to Sky. 

If the refund doesn't arrive soon you may wish to make a complaint after which Sky will have a further 8 weeks to resolve it

I connect via call then why I connect here. I call to helpline 3 weeks ago and they told me we will refund it within 2 weeks. Now can you tell me how many days more I wait for my refund.

We are customers here, we have no access to your account, we can't tell you anything about your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The time period shown on website is 14 working days and it's 28 working days I'm still waiting. Can you raised my complaint
